Someone wanted to sue me for harassment

July 4th, 2008

Something I don’t quite understand how? This is a continuation of the previous adventure I went through.

I’m only doing my duty as a small-time investor to check out the company (or in business term, we call it due dilligence). I go down personally to check and the company is not found with the given address by acra as well as the virtual office provider. Of cos, the very next logical thing to do is go to the director’s house to find out from him or her to get my answer.

I did not do anything except to pass my name card to her grandma asking her to get her to contact me once she’s back. I did not make a commotion outside her house. Logical thing to do right? Againts law? I doubt so.

Next thing I know of is that she wanted to make a police report against me for harassing her family member. But I’ve done nothing wrong. If she’s so garung to do that, I will fight all the way for my rights.

Sounds like all talk only, dun think the person will really bother to do it.

Then again you really did nothing that would constitute haressement right?

Then what about the postman or salesman who knocked on her door? Do they get sued too?

Maybe she’s got something to hide that’s why she’s getting all defensive.
